Dr. Bailey specializes in primary care and non-operative sports medicine, catering to individuals and families. He is a graduate of Duke University School of Medicine. He would later go on to be the chief resident in family medicine at Emory University where he completed his residency. Dr. Bailey also has additional qualifications in sports medicine.

Exercising a few times weekly can help with weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, stress, joint pain, and depression. Talk to your sports injury doctor before you start an exercise routine as some forms of exercise can be dangerous if you have certain medical problems or if you take certain medications.

It is so important for us to eat healthy. This means ensuring that one has the right mix of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water necessary to maintain a good health. These key ingredients for a balanced diet is very important for lowering health risks.
